SECTION 31-40-12

   § 31-40-12  Authority of administrator ofthe division of motor vehicles. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting, modifying, or reducingthe authority of the administrator of the division of motor vehicles in anyway, and nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as affecting anyof the provisions of chapter 11 of this title entitled "Suspension orrevocation of licenses – Violations," or as affecting the provisions of§ 31-27-2.1.
