SECTION 31-44-1.6
§ 31-44-1.6 Fees and charges for licenses.– (a) The department of business regulation shall promulgate rules to establishfees and charges for the issuance of licenses or permits required in thischapter.
(b) The fees and charges under this chapter shall be appliedsolely to fulfilling the various responsibilities of the department asspecified within this chapter.
(c) All fees and charges collected by the department underthis chapter shall be deposited as general revenues.
