SECTION 31-44-10

   § 31-44-10  Penalty. – Any person who violates the licensing provisions of this chapter may be finedby the department an amount not in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000),lose their license according to prescribed procedure, after a hearing.Provided, further, any person violating any of the provisions of this chaptermay also be fined by the appropriate court according to existing courtprocedure.
