SECTION 31-46-5
§ 31-46-5 Penalties. – Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of thischapter shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment fornot more than five (5) years, a fine of not more than five thousand dollars($5,000), or both.
