SECTION 31-47.1-10

   § 31-47.1-10  Proceedings for enforcement.– (a) The traffic tribunal shall have jurisdiction to enforce the criminalpenalty provisions of this chapter.

   (b) The traffic tribunal shall have jurisdiction to enforcethe provisions of any rule or regulation issued by the department pursuant tothis chapter. The division of enforcement of the department of environmentalmanagement shall have jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of any rule orregulation issued by the department of environmental management pursuant tothis chapter.
