SECTION 31-47-11

   § 31-47-11  Reinstatement of suspendedlicense or registration. – Any order of suspension or impoundment issued under this chapter may beterminated at any time if the administrator of the division of motor vehiclesdetermines upon a showing of proof of financial security that the operator orowner of the motor vehicle was in compliance with financial securityrequirements of this chapter at the time of the traffic offense or accidentwhich resulted in the order against the person. That determination may be madewithout a hearing. This section does not apply unless the person shows goodcause for the person's failure to present satisfactory proof of financialresponsibility to the court, traffic tribunal, or administrator of the divisionof motor vehicles prior to the issuance of the order.
