SECTION 31-47-14

   § 31-47-14  Notice to other jurisdictions.– The administrator of the division of motor vehicles shall transmit a certifiedcopy of any record of any conviction under this chapter or of any action takenpursuant to this chapter resulting in revocation of a nonresident's privilegeto operate a motor vehicle in this state or the privilege of the operationwithin this state of any motor vehicle owned by the nonresident to theadministrator of the division of motor vehicles or officer performing similarfunctions in the state in which the nonresident resides.
