   § 31-5.1-11  Sales to the state. – In connection with a sale of a motor vehicle or vehicles to the state or to anypolitical subdivision, no manufacturer, distributor or wholesaler shall offerany discounts, refunds, or any other similar type of inducement to any dealerwithout making the same offer or offers to all other of its dealers within therelevant market area, and if any inducements are made, the manufacturer,distributor, or wholesaler shall give simultaneous notice to all of its dealerswithin the relevant market area.
