   § 31-5.1-12  Enforcement. – (a) The department shall enforce compliance with the provisions of thischapter. If the department deems that there has been a violation of thischapter, the department shall hold a show cause hearing for revocation orsuspension of a license in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act,chapter 35 of title 42.

   (b) Any person regulated by this chapter shall have his orher license to operate in this state revoked or suspended upon a finding by thedepartment of a failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
