SECTION 31-5.1-2

   § 31-5.1-2  Application of chapter. –Any person who engages directly or indirectly in purposeful contacts withinthis state in connection with the offering or advertising for sale of, or hasbusiness dealings with respect to, a motor vehicle within the state shall besubject to the provisions of this chapter and shall be subject to thejurisdiction of the courts of this state, upon service of process in accordancewith the provisions of the general laws.
