   § 31-5.1-5  Delivery obligations. –Every manufacturer shall specify to the dealer the delivery and preparationobligations of its motor vehicle dealers prior to delivery of new motorvehicles to retail buyers. A copy of the delivery and preparation obligationsof its motor vehicle dealers, and a schedule of the compensation to be paid toits motor vehicle dealers for the work and services they shall be required toperform in connection with the delivery and preparation obligations, shall befiled with the department by every motor vehicle manufacturer, and shallconstitute the dealer's only responsibility for product liability as betweenthe dealer and the manufacturer. The compensation as set forth on the scheduleshall be in accordance with §§ 6A-2-329 and 31-5.1-6.
