SECTION 31-5-24

   § 31-5-24  Denial of license –Hearing. – The department may, without prior notice, deny the application for a licensewithin thirty (30) days of its receipt by written notice to the applicant,stating the grounds for the denial. Upon request by the applicant, whoselicense shall have been so denied, the department shall set the time and placeof a hearing upon a denial, and the department shall conduct the hearing withreasonable promptness.
