SECTION 31-5-37
§ 31-5-37 Hearing on suspension orrevocation of license. – No license shall be suspended or revoked except after a hearing. The departmentshall give the licensee at least five (5) days written notice of the time andplace of the hearing, together with a statement of the grounds for the proposedaction.
