§ 31-5-7 - Duration of license.
SECTION 31-5-7
§ 31-5-7 Duration of license. – Application for license shall be made to the department. Licenses shall bevalid, unless sooner revoked or suspended, until December 31st of each year forone year and shall be renewable on or before expiration, upon application andpayment of the fee required by this chapter.
