§ 31-50-3 Board – Duties and powers.– The board's duties shall consist of overseeing said office and reviewing itseffectiveness, assuring that the funds derived pursuant to § 31-50-4 aredevoted to the statutory purposes established in this chapter, and preparingreports and recommendations.
