SECTION 31-52-2

   § 31-52-2  Equipment. – (a) All nonlaw enforcement funeral escort vehicles and funeral lead vehiclesshall be equipped with at least one lighted rotating or oscillating lampexhibiting an amber light or lens visible under normal atmospheric conditionsfor a distance of at least five hundred (500) feet from the front of thevehicle. A funeral escort vehicle or a funeral lead vehicle may illuminate arotating or oscillating amber light only when the vehicle is in use in afuneral procession.

   (b) Any law enforcement funeral escort vehicle may beequipped with a red, blue, or amber flashing light which meet the criteriaestablished in subsection (a) of this section.
