SECTION 31-6-11

   § 31-6-11  Transfer of registration. –The fee for transfer of registration shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) if thevehicle to be registered is of the same fee-class as the original vehicle orless, but if the proper registration fee for the vehicle to be registered isgreater than the amount of the fee paid for the original registration, the feeshall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) plus the difference in registration fees ofthe original vehicle and the vehicle to be registered.
