SECTION 31-6-3
§ 31-6-3 Gross weight of tractors to beused with semi-trailers. – In computing the fees for the registration of every tractor to be used incombination with a semi-trailer, the gross weight shall include the weight ofthe tractor, the weight of the semi-trailer to be used with it, and the weightof the maximum load to be carried.
