SECTION 31-8-2
§ 31-8-2 Operation of vehicle whenregistration canceled, suspended, or revoked. – No person shall operate, nor shall an owner knowingly permit to be operated,upon any highway, a motor vehicle the registration of which has been canceled,suspended, or revoked. Any violation of this section is a civil violation.
