SECTION 32-1-12

   § 32-1-12  Supervision of fund. – The recreation area development fund shall be expended under the direction andsupervision of the director of the department of environmental management forthe development of state owned beaches, parks, and recreation areas, and thedirector is vested with all power and authority necessary or incidental to thepurposes of §§ 32-1-11 – 32-1-13.
