SECTION 32-1-2

   § 32-1-2  Transfer of authority fromdepartment of agriculture and conservation. – Wherever in any general or public law there is assigned to the division offorests, parks, and parkways within the department of agriculture andconservation authority for the establishment, maintenance, or development ofparks and recreation areas, this authority shall be transferred to the divisionof parks and recreation within the department of environmental management.
