SECTION 32-1-20

   § 32-1-20  Goddard park – Exemptionfor disabled veteran. – Any veteran who is a resident of the state, and who shall be determined underapplicable federal law by the federal department of veterans' affairs to betotally disabled through a service-connected disability shall be exempt frompaying any fee to play golf at the Goddard park golf course.
