SECTION 32-1-21

   § 32-1-21  Snake Den Park –Restrictions on future use. – The park in the town of Johnston, known as Snake Den Park, shall not be used asa water park, as herein defined, or for an amusement park. "Water park" shall,for the purposes of this section, mean any man-made swimming pool, pond, lakeor water-supplied area designed and/or used for recreation.
