SECTION 32-1-5

   § 32-1-5  Leases and concessions. –The department may let, rent, or lease such parts of the parks or reservationsunder its control or any building thereon and may grant any concessions on orabout those parks and reservations, as in the opinion of the director of thedepartment may deem necessary or advisable, but not for periods in excess oftwenty-five (25) years.
