SECTION 32-1-8

   § 32-1-8  Perry monument. – The director of environmental management shall have charge of monuments erectedby the state in various locations as noted in § 32-1-7, and, in additionthereto, the monument erected in memory of Oliver Hazard Perry in Islandcemetery, and for that purpose shall expend such sums of money as may be fromtime to time appropriated by the general assembly.
