SECTION 32-2-1

   § 32-2-1  Area included in district. –The jurisdiction and powers of the director of environmental management,insofar as the jurisdiction and powers relate to metropolitan parks, shallextend to and may be exercised in the cities of Providence, Pawtucket,Cranston, Warwick, and Central Falls; the towns of East Providence, Johnston,North Providence, Lincoln, and Barrington; and the voting districts numbersthree (3), four (4), and five (5) in the town of Cumberland. Those cities,towns, and voting districts shall constitute the metropolitan park district ofProvidence Plantations.
