SECTION 32-2-10

   § 32-2-10  Appointment of park police.– The director of the department of environmental management may, from time totime, appoint one or more persons who may act at the expense of the funds tothe credit of the director of environmental management, in the hands of thegeneral treasurer, as police officers upon the premises, subject to the controlof the department of environmental management.
