SECTION 32-4-10

   § 32-4-10  Regulation of lands. – A state grant shall not be made under this chapter until the local unit hasadopted regulations governing the administration, use, and development of thelands in question, and until the director shall have approved them. Noregulation may be altered thereafter without the approval of the director.
