SECTION 32-7-4

   § 32-7-4  Applicability. – This chapter shall apply to all recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds, asdefined in § 32-7-7. No person or organization or government entity shallestablish and maintain a recreational vehicle park or campground within thestate of Rhode Island, except in conformity with this code. Facilities inexisting recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds may continue in use,providing those facilities do not constitute a recognized health or safetyhazard.
