SECTION 33-11-12

   § 33-11-12  Party against whom contingentclaim enforced – Time of bringing action. – The action referred to in § 33-11-11 shall be brought against the personalrepresentative, if depositing assets therefor in the registry of the court wasrequired, and an action against the personal representative may be broughtalthough the period of two (2) years, referred to in § 33-11-50, haselapsed; otherwise, the action shall be brought upon the bond given under§ 33-11-10.
