   § 33-11-21  Estate rendered insolvent byclaims after allowance of account. – If a personal representative pays out, in accordance with law, the whole of theestate, he or she shall not be required, in consequence of the presentation offurther claims, to represent the estate insolvent, but this payment, afterallowance of his or her account, shall bar any action against him or her.
