SECTION 33-11-22

   § 33-11-22  Estate rendered insolvent bylate claims. – If a personal representative pays, under the provisions of § 33-11-19, somuch of the estate of the decedent that the remainder is insufficient tosatisfy the claims presented after the expiration of the six (6) month period,and any of said late claims are disallowed, the personal representative mayrepresent the estate insolvent, and shall, pursuant to decree of the probatecourt, divide and pay over the remaining estate among the creditors entitled topayment.
