   § 33-11-34  Interest on claims againstinsolvent estate. – In insolvent estate cases, the porbate court shall allow interest to the deathof the testator or intestate on claims drawing interest, and on claims not dueat the death of the testator or intestate he or she shall ascertain their valueas of the date of the death of the decedent.
