SECTION 33-11-37

   § 33-11-37  Notice of disallowance byprobate court. – If a claim against a solvent or insolvent estate is disallowed in whole or inpart by the probate court, the probate clerk shall mail a written notice of thedisallowance to the claimant or to his or her attorney within seven (7) daysafter the filing of the court's order.
