SECTION 33-11-50

   § 33-11-50  Limitation of actions bycreditors of decedent. – No personal representative shall be held to answer to the suit of a creditor ofthe decedent, except to a suit on the fiduciary's bond, or as is otherwiseprovided, unless the suit is commenced within two (2) years from the date ofthe first publication and before any order of distribution has been made on theestate of the decedent.
