SECTION 33-12-14

   § 33-12-14  Distribution or transfer todomiciliary executor or administrator of personalty of nonresident. – Upon the settlement of the estate, and after the payment of all debts for whichthe estate is liable in this state, the residue of the personal estate may bedistributed and disposed of in the manner provided by this chapter by theprobate court; or, in the discretion of the court, it may be transmitted to theexecutor or administrator, if any, in the state, territory, district or countrywhere the deceased had his or her domicile.
