SECTION 33-13-1

   § 33-13-1  Notice of devise or bequest tocorporation or association. – Within ninety (90) days after the admission to probate of any will containing adevise or bequest to any corporation or voluntary association, the executor oradministrator or other estate fiduciary shall mail by certified mail returnreceipt requested, a written notice of the devise or bequest directed to thedevisee or legatee at the place where it is located, if the same is known. Anaffidavit of notice together with the return receipt shall be filed in theprobate court.
