SECTION 33-13-10

   § 33-13-10  Action for an accountingbrought by residuary legatee. – An executor, being a residuary legatee, may bring an action for an accountingagainst his or her co-executor concerning the estate in his or her hands, andfor his or her part thereof, and every other residuary legatee shall have thelike remedy against an executor or administrator with the will annexed; but inboth cases without prejudice to any other remedies.
