SECTION 33-13-12

   § 33-13-12  Time when order of distributionrequired. – Within two (2) years after the first publication, or such further time as theprobate court for cause shown may allow, administrators shall obtain an orderof distribution, ascertaining the distributees and the proportion of thepersonal estate due each.
