SECTION 33-13-7

   § 33-13-7  Approval of statement listinglegatees – Order to pay legacies. – Upon a hearing on the statement, the court shall approve the statement asfiled, or shall amend and approve the same as amended, and shall enter itsorder directing the payment and satisfaction of the legacies. If an appeal istaken, the probate court may order the payment and satisfaction of legacies notaffected by the appeal.
