SECTION 33-13-8

   § 33-13-8  Determination of questions as tolegacies. – Whenever any question arises as to the identity of a legatee, or theconstruction, or the payment and satisfaction of any legacy, the probate court,upon petition setting out any questions, after notice by citation to all knownparties and any additional notice the court may direct, and after a hearingthereon, may determine the questions and enter its order accordingly.
