SECTION 33-14-11

   § 33-14-11  Conclusiveness of settlement ofaccounts. – The settlement of the accounts of an executor or administrator by the probatecourt, or on appeal, shall be final and conclusive on all parties concerned;provided, that upon the settlement of an account, all former accounts of thesame executor or administrator may be so far opened as to correct a mistake orerror apparent in the settlement.
