SECTION 33-14-12

   § 33-14-12  Accounting between executorsand administrators. – Whenever two (2) or more persons shall have letters testamentary or letters ofadministration granted to them, and any one or more of them shall refuse orneglect to apply the property in his, her, or their hands to the settlement ofthe estate, or to the payment of the debts or funeral charges of the testatoror intestate, or shall refuse to account with the other executor oradministrator, the aggrieved executor or administrator may bring his or heraction against the others for an accounting.
