SECTION 33-14-2.2

   § 33-14-2.2  Form of certification. –The certification referred to in § 33-14-2 shall be in substantially thefollowing form:

   CERTIFICATION OF ACCOUNTING

   The undersigned, (name of attorney), attorney, and (name offiduciary), fiduciary hereby certify that the within accounting was preparedbased on information which each of the undersigned have personally examined,and further certify that, to the best of the knowledge and belief of each ofthe undersigned, the within is a true and accurate representation of theaccounts of the estate for the period indicated.
