SECTION 33-14-4

   § 33-14-4  Citation to render account.– Every probate court on petition therefor, whenever it deems proper, may issue acitation to an executor or administrator, having accounts unsettled with thecourt, to render an account relative to the estate in his or her hands, at anytime as it may order in the citation.
