SECTION 33-15.1-16

   § 33-15.1-16  Powers of temporary guardian– Bond. – Every temporary guardian appointed as provided in § 33-15.1-14 shall havethe care and custody of the person of his or her ward and the management of theestate of his or her ward, or care and custody of the person of his or herward, or management of the estate of his or her ward, as the case may be, untilhe or she shall be legally discharged; and he or she shall give bond to theprobate court in like manner, and with like condition, as is required ofguardians.
