SECTION 33-15.1-30

   § 33-15.1-30  Responsibility of guardiansfor education of minors. – Guardians of minors shall take special charge of their education, and guardiansappointed under the provisions of § 33-15-8 shall take like charge of theeducation of the children of their wards, unless guardians shall be appointedfor those children; and the estates of wards, and also the estates of minors,shall be liable for the education of the children and minors aforesaid in thesame manner as for their support and maintenance, and the estates may be soldor mortgaged for that purpose.
