SECTION 33-15.1-31

   § 33-15.1-31  Powers of guardian withrespect to corporate stock. – Whenever the ward is the owner of stock in any corporation, the guardian shallhave and exercise in behalf of his or her ward all the rights and powers ofvoting, either personally or by proxy, and the right of examination of books,incident to ownership.
