SECTION 33-15.1-40

   § 33-15.1-40  Rights of parents or guardianto have children tested for substance abuse – Admissibility of results.– The parents or guardian of a minor child who resides with the parents orguardian shall have the authority to have the child tested for substance abuse,at the discretion of the parent or guardian. The results of any tests performedpursuant to this section shall not be admissible in any judicial proceeding,civil or criminal.
