SECTION 33-15.1-9

   § 33-15.1-9  Guardian of estate ofnonresident. – The probate court of any town may appoint or approve a guardian of the estateof a person who resides outside this state and has an estate in the town andhas no guardian in this state and who, if a resident, would be liable to be putunder guardianship under the provisions of this chapter.
